National Convention Committee (NCC)
Organizing Secretary
Objectives:
In charge of planning and executing NFU-Europe 2018 annual convention with NFU-Europe Executive
Major areas to address but not limited include, transportation, accommodation, and feeding.
Prepare convention program and ensure it is followed that is time keepers during our convention,
Prepare a convention evaluation and review at the end of the convention
Use the Convention Blue Print(CBP) as the official guide in achieving its objectives
Membership
-Will include at least delegates from local chapters
-Volunteers from NFU-Europe members without local chapters and approved by NFU-Europe executive
Others
Will work with committee coordinators from Cultural, Technology, Religion, Health, Youth
and Kids committee, Finance and Fund Raising Committee.

Cultural Committee
Objectives:
In charge with planning and executing the cultural aspect of NFU-Europe 2016/2018 Conventions
This includes but not limited to organizing the different cultural groups and a cultural exhibition.
Membership
Will include at least one delegate from local chapters
Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Youths and Kids Committee
Objectives:
In charge with planning and executing youth activities during NFU-Europe 2016/2018 convention.
Focus will be on preparing kids to demonstrate their abilities in difference aspects of Nso culture (language, dancing, and/or presentations) during NFU-Europe annual conventions.
Membership
At least a representative from each local chapter
Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Religion Committee
Objectives:
In charge with planning and executing religious activities during NFU-Europe convention 2016/2018
Main focus will be on addressing the religious needs of all NFU-Europe convention attendees
Organise religious services during NFU-Europe events as when the need arises
Membership
Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Health Committee
Objectives:
Main objective will be to prepare a health talk/panel discussion/presentation of a major health topic of interest to NFU-Europe during NFU-Europe convention in the next two years.
Provide FIRST AID during our convention and lease with any external body in case of any health issue
Prepare and distribute material for publication on NFU-Europe website and on NFU-Europe mailing list on health issues
Membership
At least one member of the country hosting NFU-Europe convention Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Finance and Fund Raising Committee
Objectives:
In charge of developing modalities for raising funds for NFU-Europe 2017 and 2018 annual convention
Membership
Members to be appointed by NFU-Europe executive
Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Technology Committee
Objectives:
In charge with maintaining NFU-Europe website
In charge of reviewing material published on NFU-Europe website
Moderate NFU-Europe facebook page or other media outlets
Develop and plan modalities in using the social media and technology to publicize NFU-Europe
Work with National Convention Committee to publicize NFU-Europe convention 2015/2016

Constitution Committee
Objectives
Incorporate new constitution amendments into the constitution
Review the constitution and work in having a comprehensive NFU-Europe constitution
Collect and document possible amendment points raised by different groups to be tabled to the GA in the next two years ie 2016.

Opened to volunteers and approved by NFU-Europe executive

Project Committee
Objectives:
Work with existing scholarship schemes in Nso to,
Develop an evaluation procedure for selecting students eligible for the Science and Technology (ST) NFU-Europe Scholarship Scheme for each Academic Year
Develop a procedure in which applications will be submitted for the ST- NFU-Europe Scholarship
Evaluate received applications submitted for the Scholarship Scheme and select the winners
Follow up and ensure the delivery of the Scholarship to the selected students at the beginning of the Academic Year
Follow up and get a signed confirmation -if possible a picture – from the recipients as proof that they received the money
Manage and ensure expenses are to a minimum in carrying out their responsibility
Prepare a presentation on NFU-Europe Project to present during the convention with main aim to motivate members and give them reason to support this initiative.
Identify potential individuals within NFU-Europe that will be interested to provide orientation to Nso students in any field of interest through seminars or presentations in Cameroon/Europe
This committee shall also identify a topic of common interest and propose to the Executive.
Once confirmed, members of the Executive, NCC, Committee Coordinators, Local Chapter presidents, and other NFU-Europe members of interest will then met to deliberate on this topic
Membership
Each local chapter will be required to send one member
Voluntary members will be approved by Executive
Members will work alongside the coordinator to achieve the objectives of this committee
Funding
Funding for the Project Committee will come from “NTOM NFU” raised during NFU- Europe Conventions
Individual Support from well wishers shall be welcome
