Definition of Advisory Council
1) Advisory council will be put in place by the local chapters.
2) Each local chapter will send in 2 members. A title holder can be a member of the
Advisory Council provided he/she has been nominated by his/her local chapter.
3)Neutrality of the Advisory Council is paramount.
